Will this work from my mobile?
Yes. Both the prepaid account and instant access numbers work from any UK mobile or landline, on any network.
Is there a monthly fee or contract?
No. You only pay for the calls you make. Prepaid credit never expires.
What does "plus your phone provider's access charge" mean?
Instant access numbers start 084, 087 or 09. Your own phone company adds its access charge per minute to our rate. Your prepaid account uses a normal 0161 number instead, which is usually included in your minutes.
